The Boone County Community Foundation currently has one grant cycle per year. We begin distributing grant applications in January. The deadline for submission of grant applications is the first Friday in May of each year. We accept applications from all eligible organizations (501-c-3) and fund a variety of different needs. Please see our grant application for details on the types of requests the foundation does not fund. The maximum amount an applicant may request during the grant cycle varies each year depending on the grant monies available for distribution.

BCCF’s 2026 grant applications must be received in our office by Friday, May 1, 2026 and can be mailed (PO Box 695 Madison, WV 25130),
hand-delivered to our new address (Shaffer and Shaffer, 221 State Street, Suite 102, Madison, WV),
or emailed to our updated email (bccf@tgkvf.org).
